My guess is… Many people have loads of old VEX brains, motors and stuff they don’t know what to do with after they bought the new V5 system. To compound the problem, no-one else wants it either, unless you also want to give them the structure parts as well – You know – all your precious metal, gears, chains, sprockets and the like. You don’t need to throw those brains and motors away, install them on cheap robotics bases – that way you can keep all your structure parts and use the old brains to power all kinds of toys!
